Marian - I'm guessing you mean help with the homework and not "do" it

It is hard to get it all done, but it has to a priority. If you have children that are motivated and organized to do it themselves, all the better. But sometimes, you do need to stop what you are doing to sit down and help.
Prepping for dinner and/or cleaning up from dinner are two great times to have the kids in the kitchen with you while they are doing their work. No TV, just some quiet time for work to get done (housework & homework).
